RadiantAura Essentials No Refund Policy

At RadiantAura Essentials (RAE), we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please note that we operate under a strict No Refund Policy. However, we do offer product replacements for items that arrive damaged.

If your product is damaged upon delivery, you have three (3) days from the delivery date to contact our sales department at Info@ShopRAEssentials.com.

Your email must include geo-tagged photos of the damaged product to initiate a replacement request. Further instructions will be provided upon receipt of your request.

Please note that RAE is not responsible for errors in shipping due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer at checkout. Be sure to double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
