RadiantAura Essentials Shipping Policy

At RadiantAura Essentials (RAE), we are committed to ensuring that your products arrive safely and in a timely manner. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Holidays and peak seasons will be 4-7 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package. Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address and the carrier selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days

Note: “Body butters are local pickup only at RADO Market during hot weather; everything else ships nationwide when purchased separately.”

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and do not include processing time.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to track your package directly through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

RAE is not responsible for any delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize there is an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at Info@ShopRAEssentials.com to see if we can make changes before the order is shipped.

5. International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time. 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

RAE is not liable for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance. We encourage you to check with neighbors or your building’s front desk if your package has been marked as delivered but cannot be located.

7. Delayed or Missing Packages

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs processing. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact the carrier with your tracking information for updates. 8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Replacement Policy. You must contact us within three (3) days of receiving the damaged product and provide geo-tagged photos for verification.

9. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before shipping occurs.
